The board of directors of the Wolf Creek Fire Protection District met and has set the 2023 tax rate at .30/$100 assessed tangible property value.
The Wolf Creek Fire Protection District has passed an ordinance requiring Commercial buildings within the district to install Knox Boxes. This will insure quicker, non-destructive entry into a commercial building in the event of an emergency response.

The Wolf Creek Fire Protection District will no longer accept fire tag payments for the fiscal year 2021. The lnk to pay online as well as the fire tag form has been removed. Your payment for fire protection for the fiscal year 2022 will be on your next tax bill for December 2021.

The Board of Directors for the Wolf Creek Fire Protection District held their first official meeting. Board members Ken Nash, Collin Rogers and Charles Chucky Farr III were all present. Ken Nash was voted to serve as the first President of the fire district.

The final hearing for the fire district was held today with Judge Goff reviewing and certified the voting results for the April 6 election. Fire District board members Charles "Chuckie" Farr and Colin Rogers were also sworn in today.

The Wolf Creek Fire Department is happy to announce that their new pumper is now in service. Training has been completed by personnel and all of the equipment is on the pumper. The pumper was placed into full service in end of February.
